BBM Prime Drive

Our first production run has flown off the shelves! BritBluesMan has been gigging with the Prime Drive since the very first prototype, and now gigs with the Red-fuzz variant. Many of the first production run were sold directly to fellow guitar players who appreciated BritBluesMan's live tone, and bought their Prime Drives on the spot!

We are down to our last handful of 'build to order' units.  Lead time for shipping is 1-2 business days.  These will be built as 'Red Fuzz Knob' variants, or contact us to arrange a 'White Gain Trim Knob' build - they're great for musicians who frequently switch between humbuckers and single coils.

The BritBluesMan Prime Drive pedal is a live musician's secret weapon for killer live tone and versatility. Utilizing a JRC386D power amp Prime Drive delivers sweet harmonically rich overdrive tones from thick, clear, cleans all the way up to screaming leads.

Carefully designed twin independent gain stacks provide the live musician with the perfect mix of simplicity and versatility. The Impulse Drive and Level pots set the gain and output level for the regular 'on state', while the Warp Drive and Level pots set the gain and output level when the Warp stomp switch is engaged.

The (true) Bypass stomp switch bypasses the pedal entirely. Warp can be pre-engaged or disengaged while bypassed.

Two versions available:

• Red Intensity Control shapes the input signal to boost low frequencies, opening up a more fuzz-like overdrive tone.
• White Intensity Control adjusts the range of gains available for the Impulse/Warp drive controls to adjust for differences between single coil and humbucker pickups.

Requires an external 9V-DC power supply, 2.1mm, center negative, recommend 100mA or greater.
